Sabrine Semoin, M.D., Treasurer

Dr. Rose-Ternie Andris is a dedicated and compassionate family medicine physician with a strong commitment to serving underserved communities. She earned her medical degree from Université d’Etat d’Haiti in 2015. Following her graduation, she spent a year providing care to underserved populations, which strengthened her dedication to community health.

Dr. Andris moved to the United States to further her medical career and completed her family medicine residency at Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) in June 2024. CHI is notable for being the first Federally Qualified Health Center to receive a HRSA grant as a Teaching Health Center. Throughout her residency, Dr. Andris was known for her compassion towards patients and her enthusiasm for teaching interns and medical students.

Upon completing her residency, Dr. Andris continued to work at CHI as a primary care physician and faculty member. In her role, she provides vital healthcare services to underprivileged and underserved communities in South Florida while also actively participating in the education and mentorship of residents.

In her personal life, Dr. Andris enjoys playing the piano keyboard, watching TV shows, and exploring filmmaking and cinema.
