Earthquake Volunteer Registration

Thank your for your interest in assisting with the Earthquake Relief efforts in Haiti. Please supply the information requested below. We will review, and get back to you as soon as possible. 

Flight Logistics:

• Bring your passport

• One backpack or carry-on luggage with enough food and water to sustain yourself for three days

• A sleeping bag

You will be contacted once there is availability for you to depart.
